Pranic Healing is founded by Master Choa Kok Sui, in his 'Miracles through Pranic Healing' introduction writes :
In ancient Chiese Medical Science, there are five levels of healing skills. The first is Tui Na. The healer uses his hands to massage. This is also called acupressure. This is the first level. (Funnily it was my first interest as well)
In the second level, the medical healer uses herbs, sometimes animal products and mineral to heal the patient. (which I did then, with my Dip in Nutritional Therapy.)
In the third level, the healer uses acupuncture and moxibustion. (Which is what I was tried too, but almost everyone I know being afraid of needles, including myself it is not a good choice I relise.)
In the forth level, the healer uses acupuncture with the projection of chi energy into the needles, meridians and the internal organs. This is a higher level of healing skill which required additional years of training and practice in ancient China.
The 5th level requires the highest healing skill, which is the projection of chi energy without the use of needles or physical contact, life from one continent to another continent. (Which is what I am trying to get my hands onto now!)
Pranic Healing is an ancient science and art of healings that utilizes prana or ki or life energy to heal the whole physical body. It also involves the manipuation of ki and bioplasmic matter of the patient's body. It has also been called medical qigong, psychic healing, vitalic healing, therapeutic touch, laying of the hands, magnetic healing, faith healing, and charismatic healing.
